Our online bakery creates customized cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other creative desserts for any occasion using classic ingredients. We serve Palm Springs, California, and the surrounding areas.
As an online bakery, our customers can choose curbside pickup or local delivery.
Meet Eric

Eric graduated from Riverside Culinary Academy in 2006 after specializing in pastry production and cake decorating. After graduation, Eric honed his skills by working in boutique bakeries in San Francisco, Portland, Seattle and Santa Barbara.
In 2017, Eric’s work was featured in a Seattle Bride magazine lifestyle article.
In 2018, Eric's work on naked cakes was featured in PNW Wedding magazine.
In 2020, Eric moved to Palm Springs, California, to open Crown Town Cakes

Eric leveraged the naked cake to create the essence of a desert by using just a touch of gold dust and decorating with live succulents.
